This is an old style Saudi Igal used to be the common style 30 years ago. Nowadays, this is used only in festivals and eids. Shown below is a picture of King Faisal of Saudi Arabia wearing this style.
Please note that the igal design may vary a bit from what is shown in the photo. Comes in one standard size only which is approximately 22 inches in circumference.
