DesertStore Policies



Retail Customers:
We accept Visa and MasterCard and process them through DesertStore's own merchant account. We also accept Bank transfer, Western Union.

For other kind of payments, such as Paypal and American Express, you can place your order via Inc.(Ohio, USA) which is an authorized retailer for goods provided by You will be offered the link to at DesertStore's checkout pages.

Wholesale Clients:
We now accept Visa and Mastercard for wholesale orders but the customer should fill up an authorization form and mail it to Click here to download the form.  Or contact us to assist you.

We also accept bank to bank money transfer or payments through Western Union for our wholesale transactions.


We ship worldwide via Airmail (no-track No.) that usually takes from 15-25 days. If you need faster shipping, please select EMS option in our checkout page. EMS usually takes around 6 to 10 days. Customs may delay some shipments for checking. We hope to add some time for shipments. We do not ship to Nigeria, Ghana and Indonesia.

Order Verification

Please note that a verification of your order is done by phone call and the order will be shipped within 3 - 6 working days from the date the verification was done.

Customs and Duties

Each country has its own policy regarding customs and taxes. DesertStore has no control over this, hence we cannot guarantee that your order will not be taxed neither can we predict the cost of the taxes imposed by these goverment agencies.


Contact information (like email address) that we collect from the order form and feedback form are used to send orders to our clients and to reply to their inquiries. Never do we use these information for advertisement purposes and never do we sell or share these information with any third party.

Security knows that security is very important to our clients. uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) and Real-Time Credit Card verification, to protect clients when they make payments through their system. Never do we store credit card information on our server.

Return and Exchange

Desertstore guarantees customer satisfaction with every purchase. We honor returns of products as long as we receive the goods in our original package, unwashed or soiled within 45 days from the date that we shipped them. We assure our customers that we will make the return and exchange procedure as smooth and as convenient as possible.

- Refund Requests:

• We refund full order cost on products having manufacturing defects or damages.

- Exchange Requests:

• For defective products, DesertStore will replace the items and will ship back to the customer for free.
• For reasons other than defects or damages, Desertstore will replace the products but the customer will pay for the re-shipping cost. Returned goods should be received within 45 days after we have shipped out the items.

- Clearance Products:

• Please note that clearance items are very limited stock and can not be returned for neither exchange nor refund.

In all cases, DesertStore does not pay for the shipping cost incurred by the customer in returning the product. The same principle applies when you buy from a local store. Even if the merchandise is defective, the local store will not reimburse you for the time and fuel you have spent to drive back to the store for returns nor will it send out a driver to pickup the defective merchandise.
